MentorConnect is a pay-it-forward program that allows a new Canadian to have one-to-one mentorship with an established professional in his/her area of expertise, increasing their chances to find a job that uses their professional skills and acumen.
Through IECBC we are helping connect Global Talent with local companies, and MentorConnect is one of many initiatives with this purpose (see http://iecbc.ca/).
