Studying abroad: a way to transcend

The experience of studying and exchanging knowledge outside one's country is the dream many students have. This is a reality that is becoming increasingly possible to do for many.
Canada is recognized for its excellence in the education sector; Canadian universities in particular are renowned institutions whose degrees have proven to have significant value worldwide. It's no wonder then that today, many students from all over the world decide to take Canada as their second home. This has led to a large influx of Mexican students in recent years that value the opportunity of the relationship that Mexico has with this great country known for its multiculturalism.
The opportunity to immerse themselves in a great diversity of cultures totally different from theirs, as well as deepen their knowledge in another language, play a very important role in the development, both personal and professional of these students. In addition, the fact of interacting with people who have different perspectives, allows students to become aware of the way other cultures think, feel and act, providing them with a deep appreciation for diversity and inclusion.
As a graduate of a Canadian University, I also recognize the importance of starting an international career through the opportunity students have to work while they study, breaking stereotypes and discovering their professional capacity by reassessing their way of learning and taking decisions.
Making the decision to undertake a dream in another country, such as studying in a different system, goes beyond acquiring knowledge. The desire to learn pushes driven people across borders to later serve as bridges between nations and ultimately transcend.
Estudiar en el exterior: una forma de trascender

La experiencia de estudiar e intercambiar conocimientos fuera de su país, es el sueño que muchos estudiantes tienen y que cada vez es más posible realizar.
Canadá es reconocida por su excelencia en el sector educativo, además de que sus títulos cuentan con gran valor a nivel mundial. Por ello, hoy en día, muchos estudiantes de todo el mundo deciden tomar a Canadá como su segundo hogar. Sin embargo, estudiantes mexicanos, en específico, valoran la oportunidad de la relación que México tiene con este gran país, conocido por su multiculturalismo.
La oportunidad de sumergirse en una gran diversidad de culturas totalmente diferentes a la suya, así como profundizar sus conocimientos en otro idioma, juegan un papel muy importante en el desarrollo, tanto personal como profesional, del estudiante. Además, el hecho de relacionarse con personas que manifiestan diferentes perspectivas, permite a los estudiantes sensibilizarse en relación a la forma de pensar, sentir y actuar de otras culturas, volviéndose más inclusivos.
Como egresada de una Universidad canadiense, también reconozco la importancia de comenzar una carrera internacional a partir de la oportunidad que los estudiantes tienen de trabajar mientras estudian, rompiendo estereotipos y descubriendo su capacidad profesional al revalorar su forma de aprender y decidir.
Tomar la decisión de emprender un sueño en otro país, como es el de estudiar en un sistema diferente, va más allá de adquirir conocimientos; el deseo de aprender es atreverse a cruzar barreras y ayudarnos de ellas para trascender.
