The Red Global Mx Network, in coordination with the H. Toluca local government, undertakes the task of searching and locating the diaspora originally from Toluca, to express gratitude for representing them with pride in the world, promoting a better understanding of their contributions in abroad, and invite them to generate cooperation activities and projects in favor of the prosperity of the city, in light of 500 years of the founding of Toluca.
